Lavender Café is the brainchild of local farmer Piet Botha (known affectionately
as PW). In an effort to expand employment opportunities in Jansenville, as well as
to showcase the arts and crafts of local folk, Lavender Café has rapidly increased

November 2013 saw Jansenville hosting the fifth annual International Mohair Summit
with delegates attending from all over the world. Lavender Café was a hive of activity,
providing scrumptious meals, accommodation and a central meeting place for attendees.
